Other Training Programs

Training programs are offered as a supplement to the core on hill programs.  The training programs are for all club members, but strongly recommended for those skiers that are either part of the comp team, or aspire to be part of the comp team.  Notification of these training programs is usually via email to club members.

Trampoline Training

Trampoline training provides an opportunity for freestyle athletes to learn and practice new aerial maneuvers under minimum risk conditions.  Trampoline training should be considered essential for any athlete planning on performing complex or inverted aerial tricks.

Water Ramp Training (Summer)

Water ramp training is available during the summer to allow athletes a year-round training opportunity.  The focus is on aerial skill development, and proves an opportunity to attempt more advance maneuvers in a safe and controlled environment

Acrobag training (when available)

Athletes training with an Acrobag learn to master  aerial maneuvers  (initially learned during the trampoline program) on the hill, but in a risk reduced environment.
